This article explains the steps to install Navicat Premium on MAC OSX using homebrew cask

  • App Name – Navicat Premium
  • App Version – 15.0.15
  • App url – https://www.navicat.com/products/navicat-premium
  • App dmg file – packagedmglink
  • App appcast link – https://updater.navicat.com/mac/navicat_updates.php?appName=Navicat%20Premium&appLang=en

Steps To Install Navicat Premium

  • Open Spotlight search using “command + space” button and type “Terminal“. Then press “return/enter” key. This will open terminal.

  • Run the following command in terminal to install brew cask

    ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null ; brew install caskroom/cask/brew-cask 2> /dev/null

    Install brew cask on mac

  • Now install Navicat Premium with the following command

    brew install --cask navicat-premium

  • Navicat Premium is installed now and ready to use!
