This article explains the steps to install Prosys OPC UA Browser on MAC OSX using homebrew cask

  • App Name – Prosys OPC UA Browser
  • App Version – 4.0.4-247
  • App url – https://www.prosysopc.com/products/opc-ua-client/
  • App dmg file – packagedmglink
  • App appcast link – https://downloads.prosysopc.com/opc-ua-browser-downloads.php

Steps To Install Prosys OPC UA Browser

  • Open Spotlight search using “command + space” button and type “Terminal“. Then press “return/enter” key. This will open terminal.

  • Run the following command in terminal to install brew cask

    ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null ; brew install caskroom/cask/brew-cask 2> /dev/null

    Install brew cask on mac

  • Now install Prosys OPC UA Browser with the following command

    brew install --cask prosys-opc-ua-browser

  • Prosys OPC UA Browser is installed now and ready to use!
