Easy steps to install hdf5-mpi package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – hdf5-mpi
What is hdf5-mpi – Not Available for hdf5-mpi
Use of hdf5-mpi – File format designed to store large amounts of data
URL – https://www.hdfgroup.org/HDF5

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing <command+space>. Type terminal and hit Enter key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install hdf5-mpi using brew 
    brew install hdf5-mpi

hdf5-mpi is ready to use now!
