Easy steps to install libva package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – libva
What is libva – Libva is an implementation for VA-API (Video Acceleration API) – intel/libva.
Use of libva – Hardware accelerated video processing library
URL – https://github.com/intel/libva

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install libva using brew 
    brew install libva

libva  is ready to use now!
