Easy steps to install c7n package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – c7n
What is c7n – Not Available for c7n
Use of c7n – Rules engine for cloud security, cost optimization, and governance
URL – https://github.com/cloud-custodian/cloud-custodian

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing <command+space>. Type terminal and hit Enter key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install c7n using brew 
    brew install c7n

c7n is ready to use now!
