Easy steps to install fig2dev package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – fig2dev
What is fig2dev – Not Available for fig2dev
Use of fig2dev – Translates figures generated by xfig to other formats
URL – https://mcj.sourceforge.io/

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing <command+space>. Type terminal and hit Enter key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install fig2dev using brew 
    brew install fig2dev

fig2dev is ready to use now!
