Easy steps to install qrupdate package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – qrupdate
What is qrupdate – Not Available for qrupdate
Use of qrupdate – Fast updates of QR and Cholesky decompositions
URL – https://sourceforge.net/projects/qrupdate/

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install qrupdate using brew 
    brew install qrupdate

qrupdate  is ready to use now!
