Easy steps to install rbenv-chefdk package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – rbenv-chefdk
What is rbenv-chefdk – Not Available for rbenv-chefdk
Use of rbenv-chefdk – Treat ChefDK as another version in rbenv
URL – https://github.com/docwhat/rbenv-chefdk

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install rbenv-chefdk using brew 
    brew install rbenv-chefdk

rbenv-chefdk  is ready to use now!
