Easy steps to install s3fs package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – s3fs
What is s3fs – Not Available for s3fs
Use of s3fs – FUSE-based file system backed by Amazon S3
URL – https://github.com/s3fs-fuse/s3fs-fuse/wiki

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install s3fs using brew 
    brew install s3fs

s3fs  is ready to use now!
