Easy steps to install swig@3 package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – swig@3
What is swig@3 – Not Available for swig@3
Use of swig@3 – Generate scripting interfaces to C/C++ code
URL – http://www.swig.org/

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install swig@3 using brew 
    brew install swig@3

swig@3  is ready to use now!
