Easy steps to install xcb-util-image package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – xcb-util-image
What is xcb-util-image – Not Available for xcb-util-image
Use of xcb-util-image – XCB port of Xlib’s XImage and XShmImage
URL – https://xcb.freedesktop.org

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install xcb-util-image using brew 
    brew install xcb-util-image

xcb-util-image  is ready to use now!
