Easy steps to install cfn-flip package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – cfn-flip
What is cfn-flip – Not Available for cfn-flip
Use of cfn-flip – Convert AWS CloudFormation templates between JSON and YAML formats
URL – https://github.com/awslabs/aws-cfn-template-flip

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing <command+space>. Type terminal and hit Enter key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install cfn-flip using brew 
    brew install cfn-flip

cfn-flip is ready to use now!
