Easy steps to install commitizen package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – commitizen
What is commitizen – Not Available for commitizen
Use of commitizen – Defines a standard way of committing rules and communicating it
URL – https://commitizen-tools.github.io/commitizen/

Installation Steps:

1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing <command+space>. Type terminal and hit Enter key.



2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null



3. Install commitizen using brew

   brew install commitizen

commitizen is ready to use now!
