Easy steps to install cortex package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – cortex
What is cortex – Not Available for cortex
Use of cortex – Long term storage for Prometheus
URL – https://cortexmetrics.io/

Installation Steps:

1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing <command+space>. Type terminal and hit Enter key.



2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null



3. Install cortex using brew

   brew install cortex

cortex is ready to use now!
