Easy steps to install kube-ps1 package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – kube-ps1
What is kube-ps1 – Not Available for kube-ps1
Use of kube-ps1 – Kubernetes prompt info for bash and zsh
URL – https://github.com/jonmosco/kube-ps1

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install kube-ps1 using brew 
    brew install kube-ps1

kube-ps1  is ready to use now!
