This article explains the steps to install Mailplane on MAC OSX using homebrew cask

  • App Name – Mailplane
  • App Version – 4.2.3,4801
  • App url – https://mailplaneapp.com/
  • App dmg file – packagedmglink
  • App appcast link – https://update.mailplaneapp.com/appcast.php?rqsr=1&osVersion=10.14.1&appVersion=4801&shortVersionString=4.2.3

Steps To Install Mailplane

  • Open Spotlight search using “command + space” button and type “Terminal“. Then press “return/enter” key. This will open terminal.

  • Run the following command in terminal to install brew cask

    ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null ; brew install caskroom/cask/brew-cask 2> /dev/null

    Install brew cask on mac

  • Now install Mailplane with the following command

    brew install --cask mailplane

  • Mailplane is installed now and ready to use!
