Easy steps to install opencv@3 package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – opencv@3
What is opencv@3 – Not Available for opencv@3
Use of opencv@3 – Open source computer vision library
URL – https://opencv.org/

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install opencv@3 using brew 
    brew install opencv@3

opencv@3  is ready to use now!
