Easy steps to install prometheus-cpp package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – prometheus-cpp
What is prometheus-cpp – Not Available for prometheus-cpp
Use of prometheus-cpp – Prometheus Client Library for Modern C++
URL – https://github.com/jupp0r/prometheus-cpp

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install prometheus-cpp using brew 
    brew install prometheus-cpp

prometheus-cpp  is ready to use now!
