Easy steps to install pylint package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – pylint
What is pylint – python, pylint, pyreverse, code analysis, checker, logilab, pep8.
Use of pylint – It’s not just a linter that annoys you!

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install pylint using brew 
    brew install pylint

pylint  is ready to use now!
