Easy steps to install pyqt@5 package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – pyqt@5
What is pyqt@5 – Not Available for pyqt@5
Use of pyqt@5 – Python bindings for v5 of Qt
URL – https://www.riverbankcomputing.com/software/pyqt/intro

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install pyqt@5 using brew 
    brew install pyqt@5

pyqt@5  is ready to use now!
