Easy steps to install rsync-time-backup package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – rsync-time-backup
What is rsync-time-backup – Not Available for rsync-time-backup
Use of rsync-time-backup – Time Machine-style backup for the terminal using rsync
URL – https://github.com/laurent22/rsync-time-backup

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install rsync-time-backup using brew 
    brew install rsync-time-backup

rsync-time-backup  is ready to use now!
