Easy steps to install rtorrent package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – rtorrent
What is rtorrent – Not Available for rtorrent
Use of rtorrent – Ncurses BitTorrent client based on libtorrent-rakshasa
URL – https://github.com/rakshasa/rtorrent

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install rtorrent using brew 
    brew install rtorrent

rtorrent  is ready to use now!
