Easy steps to install simple-scan package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – simple-scan
What is simple-scan – Not Available for simple-scan
Use of simple-scan – GNOME document scanning application
URL – https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/simple-scan

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install simple-scan using brew 
    brew install simple-scan

simple-scan  is ready to use now!
