Easy steps to install terrascan package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – terrascan
What is terrascan – Detect compliance and security violations across Infrastructure as Code to mitigate risk before provisioning cloud native infrastructure. – accurics/terrascan.
Use of terrascan – Detect compliance and security violations across Infrastructure as Code

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing  <command+space>. Type terminal and hit  Enter  key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

    brew install terrascan

terrascan  is ready to use now!
