This article explains the steps to install The Archive Browser on MAC OSX using homebrew cask

  • App Name – The Archive Browser
  • App Version – 1.11.2,1504018288
  • App url – https://theunarchiver.com/archive-browser
  • App dmg file – packagedmglink
  • App appcast link – https://updates.devmate.com/cx.c3.thearchivebrowser.xml

Steps To Install The Archive Browser

  • Open Spotlight search using “command + space” button and type “Terminal“. Then press “return/enter” key. This will open terminal.

  • Run the following command in terminal to install brew cask

    ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null ; brew install caskroom/cask/brew-cask 2> /dev/null

    Install brew cask on mac

  • Now install The Archive Browser with the following command

    brew install --cask the-archive-browser

  • The Archive Browser is installed now and ready to use!
