Easy steps to install alsa-lib package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – alsa-lib
What is alsa-lib – Not Available for alsa-lib
Use of alsa-lib – Provides audio and MIDI functionality to the Linux operating system
URL – https://www.alsa-project.org/

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing <command+space>. Type terminal and hit Enter key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install alsa-lib using brew 
    brew install alsa-lib

alsa-lib is ready to use now!
