Monitoring filebeat on your Mac

Package Information:

Name: filebeat
Use: File harvester to ship log files to Elasticsearch or Logstash
URL: https://www.elastic.co/products/beats/filebeat

Installation Steps:

1. Open Terminal by pressing <command+space>. Type terminal and hit Enter key.
2. Copy the below command and execute
   

   ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

3. Install filebeat using brew

   brew install filebeat

filebeat is ready to use now!
