Easy steps to install azcopy package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – azcopy
What is azcopy – Not Available for azcopy
Use of azcopy – Azure Storage data transfer utility
URL – https://github.com/Azure/azure-storage-azcopy

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing <command+space>. Type terminal and hit Enter key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install azcopy using brew 
    brew install azcopy

azcopy is ready to use now!
