Easy steps to install cargo-audit package on Mac

Package Information:

Application Name – cargo-audit
What is cargo-audit – Not Available for cargo-audit
Use of cargo-audit – Audit Cargo.lock files for crates with security vulnerabilities
URL – https://rustsec.org/

Installation Steps:

  1. Open Terminal using Spotlight search by pressing <command+space>. Type terminal and hit Enter key.

    2. spotlight search terminal

  2. Now, run following command to install homebrew (brew)

    3. ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

  3. Install cargo-audit using brew 
    brew install cargo-audit

cargo-audit is ready to use now!
